Gravitas Medical Solutions (or Gravitas) has in-depth knowledge, experience, and credibility which has been earned from working extensively within the UK military and the UK National Health Service while supporting UK PLC, multinational and national organisations, private companies, and clients.

Gravitas is a provider of Medical Training, Equipment Procurement and Medical Consultancy, including emergency planning and response testing.

We deliver both bespoke and traditional medical courses such as tactical medicine training courses, the age awareness course Silver Medical Awareness and Response to Trauma (SMART) and first responder courses such as the Qualsafe accredited First Responder Emergency Care (FREC 3) and First Aid at Work (FAW) courses. Medical equipment procurement includes scalable purchases of tactical medicine to emergency services items to remote area extrication devices.

Our medical management consultants can evaluate the strategic, tactical, and operational response to medical and traumatic emergencies. Gravitas provides organisational assessments, management advice and emergency systems reviews and corporate stress testing.

Gravitas currently operates within the UK, Kenya, Tanzania and supplies equipment and advice to NGOs in Ukraine.
