We are a niche Planning and Development company that specialises in obtaining Planning Permission or Local Development Plan Allocations either for our own land or in partnership with land owners.

We have over 20 years experience in obtaining Local Plan Allocations and Planning Permission for landowners and our Founder and Managing Director, Jason Richards is a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor.

When landowners do not want to currently sell their land, we work in partnership with them and we undertake all the Planning work ourselves with our dedicated team and we pay for all the planning fees and significant associated surveys and reports

All of this work is undertaken at our risk with no risk and no cost to the landowner. Considering the significance of the fees these days, this is something that is attractive to many landowners, especially when fees can be in the region of £10,000s and often £50,000 to £100,000+. With this model, all legal fees and agent fees incurred by the landowner are often covered by ourselves.

If Landowners prefer to sell their land immediately we can purchase the land outright and they can realise funds quicker. This can be arranged in a few weeks. We would also pay legal fees and agents fees with this option.
