A fun filled night of Cocktails and Canapés at Carriages!

Last night the #Hmbiz ladies Colita and Kim were invited to a cocktail evening at The exclusive Carriages Restaurant based at allpay Limited in Whitestone, Hereford.

We arrived at Carriages, after turning into the Business Park, where you enter the most unusual and tranquil setting with a stunning lake and fountain that is all lit up. We made our way to the entrance and were greeted by a very friendly security guard at the door who welcomed us into the building. We made our way up a beautiful spiral staircase into the office space and through into the softly lit restaurant. We were greeted by the lovely front of house staff who showed us to our table, beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and candles. The decor inside the restaurant was phenomenal with beautiful views of the lit-up lake through the window.

The restaurant was well organised and very accommodating. The evening was informative and a lot of fun with lots of laughter. During the evening, we were presented with 5 cocktails ranging from Mojito (our favourite) to Matcha Julep. The staff brought each one to our table and gave us a short description of what the cocktail contained and answered any questions we had. All the cocktails were perfectly matched with beautiful Asian canapés. The Canapes, prepared by the amazing Kenny Styles, head of catering at Carriages, tasted divine, all made with ingredients of excellent quality and locally sourced. The presentation was clearly very important, and the canapes looked and smelt fabulous.

All front of house staff were friendly and attentive to our needs throughout the evening.
