I was asked to write a blog to explain what I do for Hereford Means Business
I am so pleased to be a part of Hereford Means Business, but know that making this work will require everyone to ‘get on board’ and help ‘row the boat’.
And one of the thing we were asked to do was to write a blog, about our services, so that the other members can better understand what we do and offer.
Great idea I thought, but how to approach it?
I could just say what I do, but no, I thought I should lead with comments about who I can help, although in common with many businesses, not everybody that needs my help will want my help…
So who can I help and do I have a niche?
Many business coaches advise you to select a niche and create a customer avatar, but that has never appealed to me. Instead, I offer help to just about any business th
at wants to get found on Google. Because getting found will always lead to greater visibility and that in turn can lead to more enquires and sales.
The process of getting Google to notice and rank a site is not as complex as many say. Sure there are areas that are hard to break into, but in every case there is a strategy that can be employed to get that vital visibility. Why do I use the word vital?
You will have heard the two laws of life before, as written by Benjamin Franklin
“In this world, nothing is certain except death and taxes”
but I have a third
“People who do not know you exist can never do business with you”
And one sure way of getting them to know you exist and can help them is by h
aving a good informative website (one that tells all about how you can help them) AND getting that website listed on Google for the appropriate terms and questions.
𝐆𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐲𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐞𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞
And that in short is what I do, AND I have 23 years of experience, so I Really know what I am talking about…
Give me any site (other than a Gambling one, cause I won’t work for that industry) and I will be able to find out what is stopping it getting listed on Google and having found the problems will solve them and get the site (and business) more traffic and with it access to a whole new batch of customers, customers who before my work never knew they existed or could help them.
The process is called SEO, but never mind about the nuts and bolts, althoug
h I am happy to explain the whole world of SEO, without the smoke and mirrors that may employ.
What I do is to get businesses extra chances to sell their wares, and surely that is the point?
I also have an offer for all the other members is that I will run a FULL DETAILED audit on their site for free, this normally costing £250 AND will also give them a 20% discount on the Keyword Research fee, this saving another £100.
Be pleased to talk to anyone who wants to know more about SEO and how it can help their business grow.
