The Herefordshire means Business Conference powered by allpay Limited, held at Shell Store, Rotherwas on Wednesday 22nd November, concluded on a high note, leaving attendees inspired and empowered to take their businesses to new heights. The event, which was created by 18 year old Ollie Beale, brought together a diverse range of industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and business professionals, featuring Keynote speeches from the UK’s No1 motivational speaker Brad Burton, Xero co-founder Gary Turner, and former Premier League footballer, health coach, and nutritionist Marc Pugh.
Conference delegates had the opportunity to learn from industry experts and gain practical insights that they could apply to their own businesses.
The day also supported two amazing charities:
Carma - for every ticket booked a tree will be planted in the UK by Veterans.
Marches Family Network - a raffle on the day raised £225.
Keynote speakers included:
Gary Turner, the visionary founder of Xero, kicked off the Conference by addressing attendees on the Xero main stage. He shared ten practical insights he learned, growing the accounting software platform Xero from a tiny startup into the market leader serving more than 1 million UK businesses today. Gary's expertise and passion for innovation were evident in his presentation, which left attendees with valuable insights to apply to their own businesses.

Marc Pugh, former Premier League footballer, health coach, and nutritionist, brought a unique perspective to the Conference, emphasizing the importance of personal well-being in achieving business success. Marc Pugh's inspiring story of resilience and transformation from his journey from release and playing football in the 5th tier to the Premier League (Step 1), struck with the attendees, reminding them that success starts from within.
Brad Burton, the UK's No1 motivational speaker, presented his electrifying keynote, teaching attendees to break through their limiting beliefs and embrace their full potential. Brad Burton's powerful message resonated with the audience, leaving them feeling motivated and ready to take action.
